Call me an AppleFanBoy or I’m just totally not interested in this device but I got to say ‘good effort’ to Google on their first ever direct to consumer hardware device. Running on Android, the Google Nexus One is Google’s answer to Apple’s iPhone. I’m not really sure how Google can take the lead from Apple or perhaps they’re just interested in stealing a slice of the smart phone market but either way, its not amusing.

Wall Street doesn’t seem to be excited as every upcoming iPhone release. Infact it was very upbeat on Apple’s 27th January event which is rumored to be the announcement of the long awaited Apple Tablet.

GOOG at the time of this post is down $3.62 at $623.13 and AAPL is up $0.37 at $214.38.
