what did Sebby do now…
Some of you are already aware that I bought an Acer Aspire One at Comex. Why Sebby? I thought you swore never to use Windows ever again. I did… and I did not buy a machine which ran Windows. I installed Ubuntu Linux on it.

Here’s the ONE with its pathetic 3 cell battery. It can last two over hours at most.

With an 8.9 inch screen, its small and light weight for me to bring around. Good to use on the plane, train or when you’re on holiday and want a machine to surf the internet.

Such a small machine comes with a VGA out, an Ethernet slot, 3 USB ports and a SD Card expansion slot.

After a day of fiddling around Ubuntu, I finally got it installed.

So here were are, I present SebbyAhGoGo, the name of my latest toy – my Acer Aspire ONE.
But why did you buy a mini netbook in the first place Sebby? Well to tell you the truth, I will need to retire my aging IBM Thinkpad T43 when my iMac (the Thing) comes in before Christmas, when that happens, I would be without a machine on the move. The Acer Aspire One solved this problem of mine at the best part was this… it was originally selling at SGD 699, Acer was so nice to drop it to SGD 599, but at Comex, they dropped it to SGD 499… amazing right? ? Not good enough, I bought it on the second day of Comex. They had dropped it even further to SGD 485.
Enough said.
Think of Sebby as highly intellectual although he wants to be more intellectual. To understand what this, first you must assume he's very arrogant to call himself 'highly intellectual' then you have to wonder if he has some humility to wanna be 'more intellectual' and then think is he really arrogant or humble? This is SebbyStyle.
